Entrance Exams Notice
We are happy to announce that our application portal for the 2025/26 academic year is opened.
- Visit apply.olagshs.edu.gh
- Click on purchase admission form
- Enter name of student and email
- Select Momo or credit card and make payment
- For first time users, you will receive an OTP Code. Enter your OPT code to allow Momo Payment
- Stay on the page after payment to get your reference pin
- You will receive an email with payment receipt acknowledging the ¢200 paid.
- Your reference pin has the format OLAGSHS2025…..
- After successful payment, you will see a pop with the reference pin. If you closed your browser, check your email
the payment receipt which contains your reference pin - Visit apply.olagshs.edu.gh, click on check status or login to fill out your form
- Kindly select your preferred class and exams center
- Kindly log back into the system to enter your BECE index number once it is released or your application will be null
and void - It is compulsory to fill all fields and upload your passport
picture to fully complete the registration process - After successful submission, you will receive an email and SMS notification

Exams Requirements

- A pupil who has registered to sit for the B.E.C.E this year
- pupil who has successfully written B.E.C.E in the previous year(s)
- An international programme of BECE equivalence
